By downloading, installing, or using any WordPress plugin developed and distributed by Allsorts Web Designers (the “Plugin”), you (“You” or “Licensee”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If You do not agree with any provision of these Terms, do not install or use the Plugin.
1. Definitions
Plugin: Any WordPress plugin developed and distributed by Allsorts Web Designers, including all updates, upgrades, and related documentation WordPress.org.

2. License Grant

3. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Plugin—including code, graphics, documentation, and related materials—remain the exclusive property of Allsorts Web Designers or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred under this license Bloomberg Law.
4. Support & Updates
Licensor may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, or enhancements to the Plugin. Any support services offered are provided “as-is,” on a best-effort basis, and without guaranteed response or resolution times Klemchuk.
5. Fees
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Plugin is provided free of charge under the license granted herein. Any paid services—such as premium features, custom development, or priority support—are governed by separate agreements and fee schedules Law Insider.
6. Privacy & Data Collection
6.1 Data Collected
The Plugin may collect minimal usage data strictly necessary for its operation (e.g., download counts, error logs). No personal user data is collected or transmitted by default WordPress.org.
6.2 Compliance
Licensee is responsible for ensuring that their use of the Plugin complies with applicable data protection laws—such as the GDPR and CCPA—including providing necessary disclosures to end users and obtaining any required consents TermlyWordPress.org.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED “AS-IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT WordPress.org.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ALLSORTS WEB DESIGNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES—INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION—ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLUGIN, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES Koley Jessen.
9. Indemnification
Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allsorts Web Designers, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to Licensee’s use or misuse of the Plugin or breach of these Terms Bloomberg Law.
10. Termination
These Terms and the license granted herein automatically terminate upon any breach by Licensee. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Plugin and delete all copies from their systems LexisNexis.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa Law Insider.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law Afterpattern.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Licensee and Allsorts Web Designers regarding the Plugin and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or communications Law Insider.
14. Changes to Terms
