We read your pages: services, prices, hours and contact details.
We check its answers against your real prices and details before anyone else sees it.
Something wrong? Tell it in your own words, for example “we close at 1pm on Saturdays”.
One line goes onto your site. You also get a chat link to share and a QR code for your counter or menu.
It reads your pages and replies using your wording, your prices and your contact details, so customers get an answer at 9pm without waiting for you.
Built to admit a gap instead of making something up.
Name, number and question go straight to your team.
Tell it a new price or new hours in plain words. No settings to hunt for.
Share it on Facebook, in emails or on your counter.
See what customers really ask and what it replied.
A self-service website chatbot starts at about R300 a month and you set it up yourself. A done-for-you chatbot from a web design agency adds a once-off setup fee. Ours is R6,500 once-off plus R199 a month, built from your own website.

We build it from your site, test it against your real prices and hours, install it, and fix what is wrong. Someone is responsible for the answers.

The difference is who does the work and who checks the answers. If you are happy to set up and maintain a tool yourself, a self-service chatbot is cheaper to start. If you want it built, tested and kept right, that is what we charge for.
The monthly fee covers hosting the assistant, running it and keeping it working. No message credits and no features locked behind a higher plan.
The assistant on your website, answering from your own pages.
Takes enquiries, bookings and payments, in your own look.
Support that works inside your own systems.
Prices are in South African rand. Setup is paid once; the monthly fee starts when the assistant goes live.
It is a chat window on your website. A visitor types a question, such as your opening hours, a price or whether you do a certain job, and the assistant answers using what is on your own website. If it does not have the answer, it says so and lets the visitor leave their name and number for your team.
Self-service website chatbots start at about R300 a month (for example, DoubleDown AI lists R299 a month, checked 30 October 2026), and you set them up yourself. Global tools bill in dollars, from about $39 a month. A done-for-you chatbot from Allsorts is R6,500 once-off plus R199 a month, built from your own website and tested before launch.
On this page we use both words for the same thing. Older chatbots follow fixed menus. Ours reads your website and writes each reply in plain language, using only what your site and your corrections say.
It is built to answer only from your website and from corrections you give it, and to say "I don't know" instead of guessing. Like any AI it can still make mistakes, so before launch we test it against your real prices, hours and contact details, and every chat is recorded so you can see exactly what it said.
No. It opens in the browser on your website, on a phone or a computer. You also get a chat link you can share on Facebook or in an email signature, and a QR code for your counter, menu or printed material.
Not at launch. WhatsApp's business platform is run by Meta and charges per delivered message (see Meta’s pricing page), which would push your monthly price up. The assistant lives on your website and on a shareable chat link. If enough customers ask for WhatsApp we will look at adding it, with Meta's charges shown separately.
It replies in the language the customer writes in, as far as the AI model manages. We test your most common questions in the languages you need before launch and tell you honestly how well it does.
Chats and messages left for your team are stored on our South African server. The AI model that writes each reply runs with a cloud AI provider outside South Africa, so we add a short privacy notice for your site and keep the chat record to what the assistant needs.
The assistant reads your existing website, so a Standard build is quick. When you accept the quote we give you a delivery date in writing. Plus and Integrated builds take longer and are scoped with you first.
Yes, that is what Allsorts does. If your site is out of date, a clearer website also gives the assistant better answers. See our web design service.
